It was one day when I got home from high school my dad was not there. He was on a business trip. Or so I thought. He was really with his secret girlfriend down in Los Angeles. He had met her online and this was there first time they were seeing each other. I had no idea that he was with his girlfriend. A couple days later he came home. I noticed a ring on his finger. He said he was engaged with the woman he had met online. I was shocked at the fact he did not have the heart to tell me before. But it was not a big deal. He told me where he really went. Then the bad news came.....,"were moving" I was devastated.I did not want to move. I wanted to stay here. What about my friends,the house... This house was a very special house. I grew up here. I never had another house other than this. My mom died while living in this house. We had so many good memories. The only good news was that I could finish the school year here. Sooner or later it was the summer. I had to let go of my childhood. This was a very hard time for me. We left California....
